Common use of Acquisition of Leases Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Leases. With respect to each Pledged Lease, Company shall (a) acquire such Lease pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Asset Sale Agreement, (b) take all actions necessary to perfect, protect and more fully evidence Company’s ownership of such Lease , including, without limitation, executing or causing to be executed (or filing or causing to be filed) such other instruments or notices as may be necessary or appropriate, and (c) take all additional action that the Administrative Agent may reasonably request to perfect, protect and more fully evidence the respective interests of Company, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
