Common use of Acquisition of Additional Notes Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Additional Notes. This Agreement shall in no way be construed to preclude any Noteholder from acquiring additional Notes.

However, the Noteholder shall, automatically and without further action, become subject to this Agreement with respect to any Notes so acquired.
