Common use of Acquisition Notes Clause in Contracts

Acquisition Notes. The Acquisition Loans made by a Bank shall be evidenced by a single promissory note of the Borrower in substantially the form of EXHIBIT "B" hereto, dated the date hereof, payable to the order of such Bank in a principal amount equal to its Acquisition Commitment as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed.
