Common use of Acquisition Facility Clause in Contracts

Acquisition Facility. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 4.1 and 4.2, from and including the date of this Agreement and prior to December 31, 1999, each Lender severally and not jointly agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to make revolving loans, in Dollars only, to the applicable Borrower from time to time in an amount not to exceed such Lender's Acquisition Facility Commitment (each individually, an '"ACQUISITION FACILITY LOAN" and collectively, the "ACQUISITION FACILITY LOANS").
