Acorda Communications Sample Clauses

Acorda Communications. In addition to Detailing, Cardinal Health shall assist Acorda with respect to Acorda’s communications (as reasonably requested by Acorda and at Acorda’s cost and expense) within the Territory and shall regularly advise Acorda of market, economic, regulatory and other developments of which Cardinal Health (including the Representatives and Managers) may become aware which may affect the sale of the Product(s) in the Territory.
