ACO Implementation Plans Sample Clauses

The ACO Implementation Plans clause outlines the requirements and procedures for developing and executing plans related to the operations of an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Typically, this clause specifies the content, timelines, and approval processes for such plans, detailing who is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and updating them. For example, it may require the ACO to submit a detailed plan for care coordination or quality improvement initiatives to a governing body for approval. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the ACO’s activities are systematically planned and aligned with regulatory or contractual expectations, thereby promoting accountability and effective management.
