Employee acknowledges and agrees that (a) she has read and understands the terms of this Agreement; (b) she has been advised in writing to consult with an attorney before signing this Agreement; (c) she has obtained and considered such legal counsel as he deems necessary; (d) she has been given 21 days to consider whether or not to enter into this Agreement (although at her option, she may elect not to use the full 21-day period); and (e) by signing this Agreement on or after the Separation Date, Employee acknowledges that she does so freely, knowingly, and voluntarily.
