Common use of Acknowledgment of Participant Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Participant. This award of RSUs does not entitle Participant to any benefit other than that granted under this Agreement. Participant understands and accepts that the benefits granted under this Agreement are entirely at the discretion of the Company and that the Company retains the right to amend or terminate this Agreement and the Plan at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice.
