Common use of Acknowledgment of Discharge by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Discharge by Trustee. Subject to Section 410, after (i) the conditions of Section 404 or 405 have been satisfied with respect to the Securities of a particular series, (ii) the Issuer has paid or caused to be paid all other sums payable hereunder by the Issuer and (iii) the Issuer has delivered to the Trustee for the Securities of that series an Officers’ Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel, each stating that all conditions precedent referred to in clause (i) above relating to the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture have been complied with, the Trustee for the Securities of that series upon written request shall acknowledge in writing the discharge of all of the Issuer’s obligations under this Indenture except for those surviving obligations specified in this Article Four.
