Common use of Acknowledgment by Parties Hereto Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment by Parties Hereto. The agreement to and acceptance of this Agreement by the parties hereto, indicated by the execution of this Agreement, shall evidence (a) each party's acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and (b) each party's consent to the Agent's acting as the Agent on behalf of the Lenders with regard to all aspects of the administration, enforcement and collection of the Advances and to all matters pertaining to the Loan Documents as provided for herein.

The agreement to and acceptance of this Agreement by the parties hereto, indicated by the execution of this Agreement, shall evidence (ai) each party's Person’s acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and (bii) each party's Person’s consent to the Agent's ’s acting as the Agent on behalf of the Lenders with regard to all aspects of the administration, enforcement and collection of the Advances Loan and to all matters pertaining to the Loan Documents as provided for in the Loan Documents and herein.
