ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE UNDERWRITERS. The Underwriters understand and agree that no action has been or will be taken in any jurisdiction by the Underwriters or the Company that would permit a public offering of the Offered ADSs other than the United States, without prejudice to any required filings with the AFM for the admission to the trading of the Offered Shares and the Ordinary Shares underlying the Offered ADSs on the regulated market of Euronext.
