Common use of Acknowledgement of the Grant Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of the Grant. In accepting the Award, the Participant acknowledges that the Participant has received a copy of the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A, has reviewed the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A, in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A. The Participant further acknowledges that the Participant has read and specifically and expressly approves the Acknowledgement of Conditions section of the Award Agreement, in which the following is clearly described and established:
