Acknowledgement By Recipient. The Recipient hereby acknowledges that, notwithstanding section 11.2 of the Agreement, Ontario, any provincial ministry having an approval role in relation to the Project, or any responsible regulatory body, official, or provincial decision-maker, may participate in the matters and processes enumerated therein as they deem necessary.
