ACH Origination. Upon our receipt and approval of any application and enrollment forms that we require, you may conduct ACH Origination transfers through Business online. You acknowledge receipt of a copy of the NACHA Operating Rules. You agree to comply with and be bound by the NACHA Operating Rules and acknowledge that entries may not be initiated that violate the laws of the United States. We agree to inform you of revisions to the NACHA Operating Rules of which we have knowledge.
