Common use of Accurate Reproduction Clause in Contracts

Accurate Reproduction. Customer agrees that in connection with its exercise of the right granted in Section 3.1 of this Agreement it shall accurately reproduce the Google Desktop Applications without modification. Google agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to not insert into the Google Desktop Applications any viruses, worms, date bombs, time bombs, or other code that is specifically designed to cause the Google Desktop Applications to cease operating, or to damage, interrupt, or interfere with any Google Desktop Applications or Subscriber data.
