ACCURATE INTERPRETATION. Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor’s interpreters are experienced, capable, and proficient in providing Spoken Language Interpreter Services that accurately interpret for individuals from any background without changing the language, whether the speaker is using very formal legal language or less formal colloquial language.
