Common use of Accuracy of Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Parent, the Borrower or the U.S. Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender whether pursuant to this Article VII or any other provision of this Agreement, or any of the Security Documents, shall, at the time the same is so furnished, comply with the representations and warranties set forth in Section 6.1(w).

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Parent, the Borrower or the U.S. Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender whether pursuant to this Article VII or any other provision of this Agreement, or any of the Security Documents, shall, at the time the same is so furnished, comply with the representations and warranties set forth in Section 6.1(w6.1(y).

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Parent, the Borrower or the U.S. any Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender whether pursuant to this Article VII or any other provision of this Agreement, or any of the Security Documents, shall, at the time the same is so furnishedfurnished and when taken together as a whole with all SEC filings made from time to time by such Borrower, comply with the representations and warranties set forth in Section 6.1(w6.1(n).

All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Parent, the Borrower Parent or the U.S. Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender whether pursuant to this Article VII or any other provision of this Agreement, or any of the Security Documents, shall, at the time the same is so furnished, comply with the representations and warranties set forth in Section 6.1(w).
