Accuracy and manipulation. (a) The Service Provider warrants that the ICT Services will provide accurate details of all transactions and balances. The Service Provider must ensure that the Service Provider accurately debits, credits, and charges interest and Fees and Charges and that no statement of an account for any type of financial product or service or other Service and no report in any medium will be false or misleading. (b) All reports provided as part of the Services must be complete and accurate and reports containing data must be in an electronic format which can be easily manipulated for analysis by an Agency or the State.
