Common use of Accuracy and Completeness of Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Completeness of Information. All information furnished by or on behalf of Borrower in writing to Lender in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Financing Agreements or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby, including all information on the Information Certificate is true and correct in all material respects on the date as of which such information is dated or certified and does not omit any material fact necessary in order to make such information not misleading. No event or circumstance has occurred which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, which has not been fully and accurately disclosed to Lender in writing.

Accuracy and Completeness of Information. All information furnished by or on behalf of any Borrower or Guarantor in writing to Lender Lenders in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Financing Agreements Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby, including including, without limitation, all information on the Information Certificate Schedules attached hereto, is true and correct in all material respects on the date as of which such information is dated or certified and does not omit any material fact necessary in order to make such information not misleading. No event or circumstance has occurred which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, which has not been fully and accurately disclosed to Lender Lenders in writing.

Accuracy and Completeness of Information. No event or circumstance has occurred which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effectmaterial adverse effect on the business, assets or prospects of Borrowers, which has not been fully and accurately disclosed to Lender in writing.

No event or circumstance has occurred which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, Effect which has not been fully and accurately disclosed to Lender in writing.

All information furnished by or on behalf of Borrower the Borrowers in writing to the Lender in connection with this Loan Agreement or any of the other Financing Agreements Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby, including all information on the Information Perfection Certificate is true and correct in all material respects on the date as of which such information is dated or certified and does not omit any material fact necessary in order to make such information not misleading. No event or circumstance has occurred which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse EffectAffect, which has not been fully and accurately disclosed to the Lender in writing.
