Accrued and Unpaid Compensation and Benefits. Pay Employee all base salary earned, but not yet paid, as soon as reasonably practicable and shall provide benefits accrued, but not yet provided, up to the effective date of termination in accordance with the terms of any applicable plan;
Accrued and Unpaid Compensation and Benefits.
