Accredited SLP Carries Out Final Connection. Where the SLP is Accredited to carry out a Final Connection of the Self-Laid Main to the Existing Main on the Network it shall give the Water Company not less than seven (7) calendar days’ written notice of the date on which it intends to make the Final Connection provided always that the SLP has given the Water Company with such notice: written confirmation of Testing (including copy certificates) whether carried out by an approved laboratory or by a Water Company); and the ‘as-built’ plans in respect of the Self-Laid Main or Section, complete with any associated equipment manuals, test and specialist associated maintenance equipment in accordance with the DCS.
