Common use of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established pursuant to the Cash Management Agreement, if any, including, without limitation, the Cash Management Account and the Lockbox Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows escrows, and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accountswithout limitation, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment propertyinvestments, property and financial assets, instruments and other property assets held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accountswithout limitation, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment propertyinvestments, property and financial assets, instruments and other property assets held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation (i) all accounts established pursuant to the Cash Management Account, Agreement and (ii) all accounts established pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Lockbox Account or Cash Management Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement Accounts and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation (i) all accounts established pursuant to the Cash Management Account, Agreement and (ii) all accounts established pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Lockbox Account or Cash Management Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;; and

Accounts. All Accounts, Account Collateral, reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty including, including without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement Account and the Cash Management Property Account, together with and all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, complete securities, investment propertyinvestments, property and financial assets, instruments and other property assets held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty including, including the Lockbox Agreement without limitation, any lockbox account and the Cash Management Accountcash management account, together with and all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, complete securities, investment propertyinvestments, property and financial assets, instruments and other property assets held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;; and

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to (i) the Cash Management Account, Agreement and (ii) the Lockbox Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, the Reserve Accounts, the Lockbox Agreement and Account, the Cash Management Account, Account and all accounts established pursuant to Article 10 of the Loan Agreement together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Lockbox Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement Account and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management Account, Loan Documents; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower (or, to the extent of Borrower’s interest therein, Master Tenant) with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement Clearing Account and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Individual Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement and Reserve Accounts, the Deposit Account, the Cash Management Account, Account and all accounts established pursuant to Article 10 of the Loan Agreement together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Deposit Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower or Operator with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established pursuant to the Cash Management AccountAgreement, including, without limitation, the Cash Management Account and the Clearing Accounts, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Cash Management Account and the Clearing Accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established pursuant to the Cash Management Account, Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Lockbox Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;; and

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty or in which Borrower has any interest (including, including the Lockbox Agreement without limitation, all reserves, escrows, and the Cash Management Accountdeposit accounts), together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time held therein, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or substitutions thereon and or thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Individual Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to (i) the Cash Management Account, Agreement and (ii) the Lockbox Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower Individual Borrower, either individually or otherwise, with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Cash Management Account, Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by such Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and Loan Agreement, the Cash Management AccountAgreement, the Clearing Account Agreement or any other Loan Document, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time time, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or and/or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty including, including the Lockbox Agreement without limitation, any lockbox account and the Cash Management Accountcash management account, together with and all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment propertyinvestments, property and financial assets, instruments and other property assets held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;; and

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty (including, including without limitation, all reserves, escrows, deposit accounts and lockbox accounts established pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management Accountrespective Loan Agreements), together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time held therein, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or substitutions thereon and or thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty (including, including without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement Operating Account and all reserves, escrows, deposit accounts and lockbox accounts established pursuant to the Cash Management AccountLoan Agreement), together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time held therein, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or substitutions thereon and or thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including without limitation, the Reserve Accounts including, without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement and Account, the Cash Management Account, Account and all accounts established pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of the Loan Agreement together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Lockbox Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to (i) the Cash Management Account, Agreement and (ii) the Clearing Account Agreement; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by the Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management Account, ; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;, and

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement Accounts (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and the Cash Management Account, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereofthereof (collectively, the “Accounts”);

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including the Lockbox Agreement and including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Cash Management AccountAgreement, Clearing Account Agreement and Pledge and Assignment of Reserve Accounts; together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement Accounts and all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Loan Agreement, the Cash Management AccountAgreement, the Account Control Agreement or any other Loan Document, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time time, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or and/or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, the Reserve Accounts including, without limitation, the Lockbox Agreement and Account, the Cash Management Account, Account and all accounts established pursuant to Article 9 of the Loan Agreement together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, the Lockbox Account and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management AccountLoan Documents, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, accounts and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time and all proceeds, products, distributions or dividends or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the PropertyProperty (including, including without limitation, all reserves, escrows, deposit accounts and lockbox accounts established pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and the Cash Management AccountLoan Agreement), together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, accounts receivable, documents, letter of credit rights, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time held therein, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or substitutions thereon and or thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and Loan Agreement, the Cash Management AccountAgreement, the Clearing Account Agreement or any other Loan Document, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time time, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or and/or substitutions thereon and thereof;

Accounts. All reserves, escrows and deposit accounts maintained by Borrower with respect to the Property, including including, without limitation, all accounts established or maintained pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement and Loan Agreement, the Cash Management AccountAgreement or any other Loan Document, together with all deposits or wire transfers made to such accounts, and all cash, checks, drafts, certificates, securities, investment property, financial assets, instruments and other property held therein from time to time time, and all proceeds, products, distributions or distributions, dividends or and/or substitutions thereon and thereof;
