ACCOUNTING (TRANSACTION AND HOSTING COSTS). 2.4.1. The Licensee shall pay a flat fee of $100.00 US plus all reasonable hourly administration fees and disbursements, including printing, photocopy and shipping costs, each time accounting information is requested. Administration fees shall be paid out at market prices. No fees are payable for regular accounting information provided to the Licensee for the purpose of calculating Net Revenue.
