Common use of Accounting Support Clause in Contracts

Accounting Support. Advice and assistance with accounting, audit and financial reporting of the Company, including, without limitation, advice and assistance in: (i) setting up and maintaining systems for financial record keeping; (ii) conducting the administration of the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions as are required for the proper management of the assets of the Company; and (iii) contracting for and supervising the process for audits of the Company’s annual financial statements by the Company’s independent registered public accountants.

Accounting Support. Advice and assistance with accounting, audit and financial reporting of the Company, including, without limitation, advice and assistance in: (i) setting up and maintaining systems for financial record keeping; (ii) conducting the administration of the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions as are required for the proper management of the assets of the Company; (iii) conducting internal audit functions, and (iiiiv) contracting for and supervising the process for audits of the Company’s annual financial statements by the Company’s independent registered public accountants.
