Accounting on Dissolution. Upon the occurrence of an event under Section 8.1 giving rise to the dissolution and winding up of the Partnership, the liquidating trustee will cause the Partnership's accountants to make a complete accounting of the assets, liabilities and operations of the Partnership as of the last day of the month in which the dissolution occurs.
