Account Settings Clause Samples
Account Settings. I understand that My Investing Account comes with many defaulted service instruction features and preferences. I further understand that I am not required to use these defaulted options or preferences and that once My Investing Account is approved and opened I have the sole discretion to control and adjust such defaulted service preferences that relate to my account.
Account Settings. A section containing the Client’s personal information and the password change function.
Account Settings. Each License is intended solely for Lessee’s use (or use by another End User for whom Lessee has acquired and paid for a license). Lessee (and Lessee licensed End Users) are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Lessee Account Settings. Lessee is solely responsible and liable for any and all use of Lessee Account Settings and for activities that occur on or through Lessee Account(s). Lessee agrees to notify Lessor immediately about any unauthorized access to or use of any of Lessee Account Settings. The Software contains technological measures designed to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use. Lessee agrees that Lessor may use those measures.
Account Settings. Add the following to the end of Section 1.2.3 of the Terms: “Nothing in this Section, however, shall relieve us from our obligations under this Agreement and our obligation to comply with Applicable Law regarding the release or dissemination of any Personal Student Information.”

You are responsible for selecting and updating the settings in the Offerings you subscribe to as you see fit and ensuring that the selections comply with all Applicable Law, as well as any guidelines and requirements you have established, including, with respect to use of the GoGuardian Offerings, for monitoring Managed Devices or Accounts and parents’ or guardians’ authorization of such monitoring.
