Common use of Account Security Clause in Contracts

Account Security. You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of your Login Credentials and any other forms of authentication, and you understand and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, we are not responsible (and you will not hold us responsible) for any unauthorized access to and or use of your Login Credentials and/or Account (“Unauthorized Access”). You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Login Credentials by periodically updating your Login Credentials and by keeping your Login Credentials and other forms of authentication confidential and separate from each other.
