Common use of Account Procedures and Records Clause in Contracts

Account Procedures and Records. (a) Subrecipient shall establish for the Project one or more separate accounts that shall be approved by the Project Monitor. Said account or accounts shall be maintained within Subrecipient's existing accounting system or set up independently. Said account or accounts shall be referred to herein collectively as "the Project Account."
