Common use of Account Management and Security Clause in Contracts

Account Management and Security. Only Administrators authorized by you to act on your behalf, and Users authorized by an Administrator may access and use your Deposit Account. You are solely responsible for any actions or failure to act on the part of Administrators or Users, and for all activity that occurs within your Deposit Account. We reserve the right to require separate written authorization, in a form acceptable to us, telling us who is authorized to act on your behalf. You must keep your Deposit Account password secure. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (for recommendations on what constitutes a strong password, check the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)) with your Deposit Account).
