Common use of Account for Employee Clause in Contracts

Account for Employee. The Company shall maintain a bookkeeping account for Employee (the “Account”) reflecting the number of Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units then credited to Employee hereunder as a result of such grant of Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units and any crediting of additional Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units to Employee pursuant to dividends paid on shares of Stock under Section 5 hereof (“Dividend Equivalents”).
