Account Borrowing. In the event City borrows money from its General Revenue Fund to finance and pay for Reimbursable Project Costs, the City shall be reimbursed as a Reimbursable Project Cost the amount of interest it lost by not being able to invest those funds as further set forth in paragraph 5 below.
