ACCIDENTS AND INDEMNITY. 14.1 Lessee shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from all loss, damage, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any injury to any person or any loss of or damage to any property caused by or resulting from any act, omission or negligence of Lessee or any officer, employee, agent, contractor, invitee, or visitor of Lessee in or about the Leased Premises or the Building, but the foregoing provision shall not be construed to make Lessee responsible for loss, damage, liability or expense resulting from injuries to any person caused by any act, omission or negligence of Lessor, or of any officer, employee, agent, contractor, invitee or visitor of Lessor, or other tenant of the Building.
