Accidental Disability Benefit. In the unfortunate event of permanent and total disability (PTD) because of injury and one is prevented from following their own or similar occupation, the benefit will be treated in a similar way as a) above. There is no waiting period on death or PTD occurring from accidental causes. The covers and the claims thereof are for clients with active MSME accounts and packages only. It is the responsibility of the customer(s) to advise their next of kin of the benefit in the event they need to claim.
