Accessory Structures. 4.8.1. Accessory uses, buildings and structures shall be permitted in any designation within the agreement, but shall not: a) be used for human habitation except where permitted as an accessory dwelling unit; b) be built closer than 1.2 m to any lot line except for Balconies & Attached Decks, Fences, and common semi-detached garages which may be centred on the mutual side lot line; c) exceed 12 m in height; d) in the case of accessory buildings, be built within 1.8 m of a main building; and e) be considered an accessory building if attached to the main building through common walls.
