Accessible Seating. Designated accessible locations in the Venue are reserved for guests who require disability accommodations. The Venue provides wheelchair accessible seating in designated locations and no permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations. Only those requiring wheelchair accessible seating and their companions may use the seating in designated locations for wheelchair accessible seating. Additional companion seats may be purchased for nearby seating locations, subject to availability. The Venue also provides semiambulatory seating for guests who require such accommodations but do not require wheelchair accessible seating. Should a Holder not require the disability accommodation provided in the location for which a Ticket is issued, KSE or the Venue may exchange the Ticket(s) for alternate seat locations determined solely by KSE or the Venue, subject to availability.

Accessible Seating. A. By September 30, 2023, the District will create at least two wheelchair seating areas in the Theater so that wheelchair seating locations are dispersed as required by Section 4.33.3 of the 1991 ADA Standards. B. By September 30, 2023, the District will ensure that all wheelchair seating locations at the Theater include fixed or movable companion seating next to each wheelchair space, as required by Section 4.33.3 of the 1991 ADA Standards. C. By September 30, 2023, the District will ensure that all four aisle seats at the Theater are marked with signage indicating that the seat is accessible, as required by Section 4.1.3(19) of the 1991 Standards.
Accessible Seating. A. The University will provide permanent accessible seating on the east side of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Stadium (the Stadium). Specifically, the accessible seating will be placed in close proximity (either in front or directly beside) to the east-side bleachers in the Stadium. The accessible seating will be identified with appropriate signage and markings. The accessible seating will meet the technical requirements of Sections 221.2.1.1 and 802 of the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design (2010 Standards). B. The University will ensure that there is an accessible path of travel to and from the accessible seating on the east side of the Stadium that is consistent with Section 206 and Chapter 4 of the 2010 Standards.
Accessible Seating. Within 120 days of the signing of this Resolution Agreement, the University, in consultation with persons knowledgeable about the accessibility requirements of the 2010 ADA Standards, will develop a Seating Plan for OCR's review and approval. The Seating Plan shall comply, to the extent technically feasible, with the requirements of the 2010 ADA Standards and will describe a time table for providing designated wheelchair accessible seats and companion seats, in proportion to the total number of seats in the Stadium. The University will begin to implement the Seating Plan no later than 30 days following OCR’s approval. The Seating Plan will ensure that the University completes all modifications no later than August 31, 2019. The Seating Plan will ensure that the designated accessible wheelchair seats will be dispersed in a variety of locations around the Stadium, including on the west side of the lower bowl and in all the clubs and suites throughout the Stadium. Where rail posts required by safety codes would obstruct the lines of sight for the wheelchair accessible seating, Auburn will ensure that the seats behind the posts will not be designated as wheelchair accessible seating. The University will also ensure that the designated accessible wheelchair seating locations comply with the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 221; 802.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Company to Provide Copy of the Prospectus in Form That May be Downloaded from the Internet If requested by the Representatives, the Company shall cause to be prepared and delivered, at its expense, within one business day from the effective date of this Agreement, to the Representatives an “electronic Prospectus” to be used by the Underwriters in connection with the offering and sale of the Offered Shares. As used herein, the term “electronic Prospectus” means a form of Time of Sale Prospectus, and any amendment or supplement thereto, that meets each of the following conditions: (i) it shall be encoded in an electronic format, satisfactory to the Representatives, that may be transmitted electronically by the Representatives and the other Underwriters to offerees and purchasers of the Offered Shares; (ii) it shall disclose the same information as the paper Time of Sale Prospectus, except to the extent that graphic and image material cannot be disseminated electronically, in which case such graphic and image material shall be replaced in the electronic Prospectus with a fair and accurate narrative description or tabular representation of such material, as appropriate; and (iii) it shall be in or convertible into a paper format or an electronic format, satisfactory to the Representatives, that will allow investors to store and have continuously ready access to the Time of Sale Prospectus at any future time, without charge to investors (other than any fee charged for subscription to the Internet as a whole and for on-line time).   • Preservative-treated Wood Containing Arsenic Grantee may not purchase preservative-treated wood products containing arsenic in the performance of this Agreement unless an exemption from the requirements of Chapter 13 of the San Francisco Environment Code is obtained from the Department of the Environment under Section 1304 of the Code. The term “preservative-treated wood containing arsenic” shall mean wood treated with a preservative that contains arsenic, elemental arsenic, or an arsenic copper combination, including, but not limited to, chromated copper arsenate preservative, ammoniacal copper zinc arsenate preservative, or ammoniacal copper arsenate preservative. Grantee may purchase preservative-treated wood products on the list of environmentally preferable alternatives prepared and adopted by the Department of the Environment. This provision does not preclude Grantee from purchasing preservative-treated wood containing arsenic for saltwater immersion. The term “saltwater immersion” shall mean a pressure-treated wood that is used for construction purposes or facilities that are partially or totally immersed in saltwater.
