Accessibility Certification. Franchisee will not be deemed to have satisfied the requirements of the PIP until Franchisee delivers a certification from its architect, licensed professional engineer, or recognized expert consultant on Accessibility Requirements in the form attached to this Exhibit C as Attachment Two.
