Common use of Access Clause in Contracts

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance continuation thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Grantors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance continuation thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right right, subject to the rights of tenants in possession, to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Grantors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereofthereof to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors in accordance with applicable Law without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral, in each case, subject to compliance with applicable Law.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default Default, and during to the continuance thereofextent permitted under applicable Law, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Grantors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may may, to the full extent permitted under applicable Law, remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance continuation thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors owned by any Grantor without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default Default, and during to the continuance thereofextent not prohibited by applicable Law, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Grantors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition to the rights and remedies hereunderhereunder (and subject to the rights of landlords under applicable Laws, lease agreements and landlord consents), upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, the Collateral Agent shall upon the instruction of the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors without cost or charge to the Administrative AgentAgents, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Collateral Agent at the direction of the Administrative Agent may shall remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereofDefault, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may peaceably remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In Subject to the DIP Orders, in addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance continuation thereof, the Domestic Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Grantors without cost or charge to the Domestic Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Domestic Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Loan Parties without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Loan Parties for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

Access. In addition to the rights and remedies hereunder, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuance continuation thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have the right right, pursuant to a judicial process or without breach of the peace, to enter and remain upon the various premises of the Obligors Grantors without cost or charge to the Administrative Agent, and use the same, together with materials, supplies, books and records of the Obligors Grantors for the purpose of collecting and liquidating the Collateral, or for preparing for sale and conducting the sale of the Collateral, whether by foreclosure, auction or otherwise. In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.. If the Administrative Agent exercises its right to take possession of the Collateral, each Grantor shall also

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or effectively liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.

In addition, the Administrative Agent may remove Collateral, or any part thereof, from such premises and/or any records with respect thereto, in order to effectively collect or liquidate such Collateral.
