Access to. premises and records (a) You agree that at any time during the Term and for a period of 7 years after the expiry or termination of the Agreement You will give Us, any persons nominated by Us and any Public Accountability Body access to: (i) Your premises or the premises where the Services are or were provided; (ii) the premises at which any Assets are located; and
