Common use of Access to the Property and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Access to the Property and Inspection. The Issuer and the Trustee, and their respective agents and employees, shall have the right, at all reasonable times during normal business hours of the Company upon the furnishing of reasonable notice to the Company under the circumstances, to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project and to examine and copy the books and records of the Company insofar as such books and records relate to the Project or the Bond Documents.

Access to the Property and Inspection. The Issuer and the Trustee, and their respective agents and employees, shall have the right, but not a duty, at all reasonable times during normal business hours of the Company Borrower upon the furnishing of reasonable notice to the Company Borrower under the circumstances, to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project Property and to examine and copy the books and records of the Company Borrower insofar as such books and records relate to the Project or the Bond DocumentsSeries 2015 Bonds.
