Access to the Property and Inspection. The Issuer and the Trustee, and their respective agents and employees, shall have the right, at all reasonable times during normal business hours of the Company upon the furnishing of reasonable notice to the Company under the circumstances, to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project and to examine and copy the books and records of the Company insofar as such books and records relate to the Project or the Bond Documents.
