Access to Real Property. There are adequate means of ingress and egress for vehicular and pedestrian traffic, to and from the Real Property and each adjoining street, road oror highway. All routes of ingress and egress to and from the Real Property, to the extent they pass through adjoining land, do so in accordance with valid public or private easements which will inure to the benefit of the Purchaser.
