Access to Program Technical Data. DigitalGlobe will have access rights to all program technical data that BATC generates and Subcontractor data to which BATC has legal and contractual rights. Program technical data may include Engineering Reports, drawings, software source code, and other tools used in the development of the spacecraft and analysis of requirements.
