Access to List of Owners' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Master Servicer, the Servicer, the Depositor, [the Securities Insurer] and the Indenture Trustee, within ___ days after receipt by the Owner Trustee of a request therefor from the Master Servicer, the Servicer, the Depositor, [the Securities Insurer] or the Indenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Master Servicer, the Servicer, the Depositor, [the Securities Insurer] or the Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Owners as of the most recent Record Date. If a Certificateholder applies in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicant desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Residual Interest Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within __________ Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders.
