Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% of the Percentage Interest of the Certificates apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust Certificates related Series Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Master Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Seller or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the Security Insurer and the Depositor, Representative within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor therefore from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorRepresentative in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates 25% apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Representative, the Owner Trustee or the Security Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Insurer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Certificateholders, the Insurer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Master Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the percentage interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement hereunder or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access Applicants access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any agrees with the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Owner Trustee that none of the DepositorMaster Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeTrust Collateral Agent, the Servicer and Servicer, the DepositorBoard or the Seller, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Interest apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the books and records of the Certificate Registrar, in accordance with the policies of the Certificate Registrar, for the limited purpose of verifying the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee or any Regular Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, as the Servicer or the Depositor case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Percentage Interest, apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders Certificateholders, with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer and the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee or the Administrator within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% of the Percentage Interest of the Certificates apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust Certificates Series Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance then outstanding apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust CertificateCertificate or a beneficial interest therein, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the percentage interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement hereunder or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access Applicants access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing representing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Security Balance of the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement the Basic Documents or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorIssuer, the Seller, the Holder of the Designated Certificate, the holder of the Holdback Amount, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any agrees with the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Owner Trustee that none of the DepositorMaster Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificate- holders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer and the Trustee that neither the Servicer nor the Trustee shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under the Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Representative, and the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Representative, or the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Representative, or the Depositor Holder of the GP Interest may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates aggregate Ownership Percentage apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the DepositorRepresentative, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Owner Trustee, or the Owner Trustee Bank accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 2550% of the Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates any Class, apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders Certificateholders, with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Servicer, the Depositor and either Trustee, as the Servicer and the Depositorcase may be, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Servicer, the Depositor or either Trustee, as the Servicer or the Depositorcase may be, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants Applicants propose to transmittransmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Seller and the Depositorholder of the GP Interest, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Seller or the Depositorholder of the GP Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Seller or the Depositor holder of the GP Interest may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holder of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any the Seller, the holder of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar GP Interest or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the DepositorRFS Holding, Inc., within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorRFS Holding, Inc. in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor RFS Holding, Inc. may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holder(s) of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Outstanding Ownership Amount apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is shall be accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Trustee shall cause the Certificate Registrar shallto, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorRFS Holding, Inc., the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Paying Agent and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Paying Agent, or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) three or more Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% of the Percentage Interest of Interests in the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the DepositorInsurer, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. 15 If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance then outstanding apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust CertificateCertificate or a beneficial interest therein, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within 15 fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner Servicer, the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the Servicer or the Depositorcase may be, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.. SECTION 3.8

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Paying Agent and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Paying Agent, or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) three or more Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Designated Certificate Holder or the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Designated Certificate Holder or the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Designated Certificate Holder or the Owner Trustee, as the Servicer or the Depositor case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing representing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificate Principal Balance of the outstanding Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement the Basic Documents or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorIssuer, the Designated Certificate Holder, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee Trustee, in its individual capacity, accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within 15 fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor therefore from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Aggregate Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer and Depositor or the Depositor, Indenture Trustee within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% of the Percentage Interest of the Certificates apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust Certificates Series Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Master Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer and Depositor, the DepositorAdministrator or the Indenture Trustee, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Depositor, the Administrator or the DepositorIndenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Depositor, the Administrator or the Depositor Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Percentage Interests, apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Administrator, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Insurer, the Servicer and or the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer such Person in writing (or the Depositorsuch shorter period as may be specified in such request), a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Insurer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the DepositorInsurer, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. Each CertificateholderHolder or Owner, by receiving and holding a Trust CertificateCertificate or a beneficial interest therein, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorDepositor LLC, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Owner Trustee or the Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Trust Administrator and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Trust Administrator or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Trust Administrator or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) three or more Certificateholders Owners or (ii) one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates Owners evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates 25% apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders Owners with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersOwners. Each The Depositor or initial Owner and each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Administrator, the Servicer, the Depositor or the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 30 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeAdministrator, the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or the DepositorIndenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeAdministrator, the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or the Depositor Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Percentage Interests, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and or the Depositor, as the case may be, within 15 days after its receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the (Nissan ______ Amended and Restated Trust Agreement) Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer and the Depositor, Depositor or Owner Trustee within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust Certificates related Series Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Master Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Insurer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Insurer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Insurer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicants"), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositors (and to the Owner Trustee, if the Servicer and Owner Trustee is not the Depositor, Certificate Registrar) within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorDepositors (or the Owner Trustee) in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor Depositors (or the Owner Trustee) may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing representing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Interest then outstanding apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the DepositorDepositors, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Servicer or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Insurer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Insurer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Master Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the percentage interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement hereunder or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access Applicants access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any agrees with the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Owner Trustee that none of the DepositorMaster Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as 21 to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and or the Depositor, as the case may be, within 15 days after its receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the 11 (Nissan 2005-B Amended & Restated Trust Agreement) Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.by

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Representative, and the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Representative, or the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Representative, or the Depositor Holder of the GP Interest may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates aggregate Ownership Percentage apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the DepositorRepresentative, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Owner Trustee, or the Owner Trustee Trust Company accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to [the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and Note Insurer and] the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from [the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or Note Insurer or] the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Voting Interests of the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, [the Note Insurer] the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Seller or the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Seller or the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Seller or the Owner Trustee, as the Servicer or the Depositor case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing representing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Security Balance of the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement the Basic Documents or under the Trust Certificates and such application applica- tion is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorIssuer, the Seller, the Holder of the Designated Certificate, the holder of the Holdback Amount, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, Servicer or the Servicer and the DepositorCertificate Insurer, within 15 fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorCertificate Insurer in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor Certificate Insurer may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Investor Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing whose aggregate Percentage Interests evidence not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Percentage Interests, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates certificates, and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders or shall itself cause such communication to be distributed to Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the DepositorServicer, the Trustee or the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and or the Depositor, as the case may be, within 15 days after its receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the (Nissan 2006-B Amended & Restated Trust Agreement) Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. SECTION 3.8.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, [the Servicer Note Insurer] and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, [the Servicer Note Insurer] or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Voting Interests of the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, [the Note Insurer] the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and or the Depositor, as the case may be, within 15 days after its receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the 11 (Nissan 2006-A Amended and Restated Trust Agreement) Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than a 25% Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the DepositorInsurer, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a 25% aggregate Percentage Interest of the Certificates apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust CertificateCertificate or a beneficial interest therein, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
