Common use of Access to List of Certificateholders’ Name and Address Clause in Contracts

Access to List of Certificateholders’ Name and Address. The Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee of a request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the name and address of the Certificateholder as of the most recent Record Date. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Servicer, the Depositor or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
