Common use of Access to Information Act Clause in Contracts

Access to Information Act. The Recipient acknowledges that Canada is bound by the Access to Information Act (Canada) and that any information provided to Canada by either the Province or the Recipient in connection with the Project or otherwise in connection with the Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with that Act.
