Common use of ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY AND FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY AND FACILITIES. (1) As part of this effort, the Contractor may be working and attending meetings at government facilities and field facilities. Therefore, to the extent specified per and pursuant to the procedures specified per FAA AMS clause 3.14-2, Contractor Personnel Suitability Requirements, the Contractor may be granted ingress and egress to the facilities at all times during normal working hours to obtain information necessary for performance of the contracts.
