Common use of ACCESS TERMS Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TERMS. VI. 1. Provider shall provide access related to Clause 1.1. within 7 days following the subscription of this contract so that within this period Provider provides full access to the content of its database without any restrictions for the Authorized Users.

Provider shall provide access related to Clause 1.1. within 7 working days following the subscription of this contract and signature of the Provider's Licence Agreement so that within this period Provider provides full access to the content of its database without any restrictions for subject to the Authorized Usersterms of this contract and the Publisher’s Licence Agreement.
