Access Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Vendor will immediately terminate access to all ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo computer systems or networks to which Vendor has access. In the case of a specific Vendor Personnel who is being removed or replaced per Section II.F (Removal and Replacement of Vendor Personnel), access to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo computing environment will be terminated as to such individual within 24 hours of the event giving rise to the need for termination.
