Access Systems. If at any time during the Lease Term the Building Project has any type of card access system for the Parking Areas or the Building, Tenant shall purchase access cards for all occupants of the Premises from Landlord at a building standard charge and shall comply with building standard terms relating to access to the Parking Areas and the Building.
