Common use of Access Restriction Clause in Contracts

Access Restriction. Access to and use of G Suite, including communication between students, is considered a privilege accorded at the discretion of the Montessori Academy of London. The Academic Director and/or Executive Director maintains the right to immediately withdraw the access and use of these services when there is reason to believe that violations of law or school policies have occurred. In such cases, the alleged violation will be referred to the Academic and/or Executive Director for further investigation and adjudication.
